- I'm a Southerner with a tangle of Italian and Irish roots. I have a love-hate relationship with The South, but I won't give up my southern drawl. I'll share my musings via writing, photography and other creative sparks. Come on up on the porch and stay a while! I would love to find out what you have to share on your blog, exchange ideas, make connections, have disagreements (I learn so much from disagreements navigated with respect and compassion), fall into giggling fits & drink tequila shooters when we run out of things to say or create. Trolls, the mean spirited, and other hooligans are not welcome. I'm not talking about YOU, it's for those OTHER people that try to get through the front door with mud all over their boots. But remember, if you have mud on your boots from playing out in the rain & forgot to take them off in all the excitement -- well, that's a different thing all together.
